Craniosacral therapy in Bern
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle, deep manual bodywork that calms your nervous system and activates your body’s self-healing powers. In my practice in Bern, I mindfully accompany you back to your natural balance.
What is craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy has its origins in osteopathy. Through the finest, mindful touch at the skull (cranium), along the spine and at the sacrum, I sense the subtle rhythm of your body. Tensions may release, the body comes to rest and finds its way back into its natural order.
How does a session work?
You lie clothed and comfortably on the treatment table. With gentle holds I accompany your system – often a deep relaxation arises. A session usually lasts around 60 minutes. At the start we take time for your concern.
Who is the treatment suitable for?
Craniosacral therapy is suitable for all ages – from infants to seniors. It is especially valuable in stressful phases of life, with ongoing stress or for general regeneration.
Your path to more well-being
Do you have questions or would you like to book an appointment at my practice in Bern? I look forward to meeting you.
